Today was delayed due to KPOT not being prepared as they said they would, however, Matt stayed with us to help get the job done. Matt was a huge help to me with tracking down the correct fire monitoring system (summit) and waited for the KPOT staff to finish clearing the area to work on the sprinkler. Once they were able to get started, the work was handled fast and thorough. Everyone here at Sonesta likes working with Matt.

At time of initial Inspection, we have been pre-approved to install (1) additional New 5#ABC Extinguisher for coverage near the lower-level entry. 5lb ABC Fire Extinguisher, New/Certified (Tagged/Sealed) @ $103.95 + tax Fire Extinguisher Installed / Mounted @ $18.50 If we find more EXT coverage is needed, we can talk through that with Joshua while onsite to possibly gain approval to complete.
